You're here, you showed up and that already matters more than you think.
I know how heavy it can all feel sometimes. The pressure to look a certain way, to “get back on track,” to prove yourself in a million different directions.
I’ve been there, shrinking myself to fit in, pushing my body to its limit, trying to be the version of
“healthy” the world told me I needed to be.
Somewhere along the way, I realized: That version wasn’t made for me and maybe it wasn’t made for you either.
So, I stopped trying to change myself into someone else and I started building a life that actually feels good to live in.
A life with rest.
With joy. With movement that supports me instead of punishes me and now?
I want that for you too.
I became a trainer not to tell you what to do but to
walk with you.
To remind you that your
goals matter

peace.
That your body is

That you don’t have to earn rest, or love, or worth. That you can take care of yourself because you deserve to, not because you have to.
